Ponderosa Landscaping, Inc - crew Ponderosa Landscaping, Inc. began as a home-run operation in 1982. After many years in the grocery business, proprietor Dick Welch decided to materialize his admiration for nature and love of the outdoors and started his own landscape company. Twenty-nine years later he and his long time field supervisor, Damian, and long time employees Jesse and Carlos, have competently used Ponderosa Landscaping, Inc. as the means to translate their respect for nature into landscapes homeowners can be proud of.
